Returns & Exchange

Misma Mirada hopes you adore your new purchase from us.

All requires regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to: contact@mismamirada.com.au.

Please contact us before sending any item back.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

As a small business we are not able to accept change of mind returns.

All requests must be made within 7 days from the day you received your order.

All products must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all the tags attached.

We are only able to offer store credit refund when product is faulty - if this occurs please email us within 7 days from delivery day with an image of the fault, order number and your contact details. We will contact You with all return process information and address. When the return of the faulty product is accepted, Misma Mirada will cover the postage costs.

Exchange of product - (any reason) customer to cover both ways tracked postage costs.
